Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alpha Discovery, including the mobile app, website, learning games, printables, subscription features, support pages, and related services provided by LIISGO LLC ("Alpha Discovery," "we," "our," or "us").
Alpha Discovery is made for children to use with parent, guardian, teacher, or grown-up supervision. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for accepting these Terms on behalf of a child.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, subscribing to, or using Alpha Discovery, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or services.
2. Eligibility and Child Use
Children may use Alpha Discovery only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult. Adults are responsible for device settings, purchases, printing, sharing, internet access, and any use by children on their devices.
3. Educational Purpose
Alpha Discovery provides preschool-style educational content, including letters, numbers, vocabulary, sounds, images, puzzles, printables, and related learning activities. The app is a learning aid and entertainment tool. It is not a school, tutoring service, medical service, childcare provider, speech therapy provider, legal service, or emergency service.
4. License to Use Alpha Discovery
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Alpha Discovery for personal, family, classroom, or educational use. You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, modify, or redistribute the app, code, artwork, audio, branding, or services except as allowed by law or expressly permitted by us.
5. Parent Printables
Parent Printables are designed for grown-up-guided learning. The app may allow a grown-up to create or share printable activity images, including birthday certificates. Printing and sharing are protected by a grown-up gate, but adults remain responsible for what they print, save, or share from their device.
6. Alpha Discovery Pro and Subscriptions
Alpha Discovery Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription for all learning games, all racing levels, and premium printables. The first Drive the Car level and learning activities outside the games menu remain available for free. Version 1.0.84 and later contain no third-party ads.
The purchase screen shows the store's localized price and billing period before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal. Apple may process renewal during the 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through the store account used to subscribe. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to the store's rules, refunds and mandatory consumer rights.
A trial or introductory offer applies only when the store explicitly offers it and confirms eligibility. We do not promise a trial to every customer. The store shows any trial period, later price and cancellation deadline. Refund requests are handled through the store, subject to applicable law.
Restore purchases checks subscriptions on the same store account. Apple purchases are restored through Apple; Google purchases through Google Play. Cross-store transfers are not offered. An internet connection may be needed to verify paid access. Access ends if a subscription expires, is revoked or refunded, or cannot be validated. No payment-card details are collected by Alpha Discovery. Purchases and subscription management are for adults and remain behind a parental gate.
For Apple downloads, the app license is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA. These service terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law or replace the store's payment terms.
7. Ads and Free Version
Version 1.0.84 and later do not include third-party ads or rewarded ads. App store pages and external websites may show content outside our control. Premium printable exports require a verified Pro subscription.
8. Rules of Use
You agree not to:
- Use Alpha Discovery for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unsafe purposes.
- Attempt to bypass parent gates, payment validation, security, or access controls.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware or harmful code through related services.
- Interfere with the app, website, hosting, ads, or update systems.
- Misrepresent your relationship with Alpha Discovery or LIISGO LLC.
- Use automated scripts, scraping, or bots against the app or website.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.
- Use the app in a way that violates app store rules or applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Alpha Discovery, including its name, logos, app design, code, images, artwork, text, sounds, templates, printable layouts, website, and related materials, is owned by LIISGO LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may print parent printables for personal, family, or classroom use, but you may not sell them, upload them as your own product, or redistribute them as a competing service without written permission.
10. User Feedback
If you send us ideas, feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation to pay you, credit you, or treat them as confidential. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless needed for support.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Alpha Discovery may interact with third-party services such as Apple, Google Play, email apps, share sheets, print tools, and hosting providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, billing decisions, store review decisions, or external websites outside our control.
12. Updates, Changes, and Availability
We may add, remove, pause, limit, rename, update, or discontinue features, content, ads, prices, trials, subscriptions, or services at any time, subject to applicable law and app store rules. We may require app updates for security, compatibility, store compliance, or content reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, platform, country, store, or app version.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Alpha Discovery is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, educational results, or error-free performance. We do not guarantee that the app will meet every child's needs or produce any specific learning outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Discovery and LIISGO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, device issues, printing costs, subscription store decisions, missed learning expectations, or third-party service issues. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for Alpha Discovery during the twelve months before the claim, or USD $25 if no amount was paid, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alpha Discovery, LIISGO LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, or content you choose to print, save, share, or submit.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Alpha Discovery or related services if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms, app store rules, applicable law, security requirements, or child-safety expectations. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device and managing subscriptions through the applicable app store.
17. Apple and Google Terms
When you download Alpha Discovery from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms, payment rules, refund rules, family sharing settings, parental controls, and subscription policies. If there is a conflict about billing or subscription management, the applicable store's rules may control.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LIISGO LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer protection laws in your location require a different rule. Some rights cannot be limited by these Terms, and nothing here is intended to remove rights you have under applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of Alpha Discovery after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
